Code of Conduct
1. Be regular and punctual. Ensure that you reach school by 8.20 a.m.
2. Wear proper school uniform with pride. Every morning learners will be inspected for personal cleanliness and complete uniform. Strict action will be taken against defaulters.
3. No learner will be permitted to go home before the school closes, without the Principal’s permission.
4. Use of foul language and bullying are punishable offences.
5. Carrying and using mobile phone, I-Pods is restricted in the school campus. The defaulters are liable to be expelled from the school. The same will be confiscated and a fine Rs. 1000/- will be imposed.
6. The learners responsible for damaging and disfiguring the school property will be charged for damaging school property and disciplinary action shall be taken.
7. Learners should obey house prefects, class monitors and others learners on duty.
8. A breach of code of conduct will be lead to punishment as under:

13. Learners are requested not to visit the classes of their children. Should a parent wish to meet a teacher, he or she may do so, only with the permission of the Principal.
14. Learners who are sick should not be sent to school even to appear in class tests.
15. The learners should carry their Tiffin boxes and not carry money to school.Due to security reasons we do not accept Tiffins sent through servants or friends.
16. Leave for more 3 days shall be granted only with the prior permission of the Principal and no half day leave is allowed.
FEE
1. Last date for depositing Monthly fee is 10 of every month.
2. A late fine of Rs............ per day shall be levied after the last date for the receipt of the fee for each quarter.
ADMISSION – WITHDRAWAL
1. The Principal reserves the right of accepting or refusing any boy / girl who seeks admission to the school.
2. No student will be admitted to the school unless the transfer certificate from the school last attended is attached to the admission form or in any case the same should be submitted within 30 days from the date of admission. In case of Pre-primary classes, the date of birth certificate from the authorised source is mandatory.
3. Parents who wish to withdraw their ward should notify the Principal in writing, of their intention , at least one calendar month prior to the withdrawal of the ward in question otherwise one month’s fee in lieu of notice will be charged.
4. The students name will be struck off the school register for long absence without intimation or for non-payment of dues.
5. All documents once submitted become the property of the school and are not returned.
6. Students who leave the school before the summer or Winter break must pay the fee for the vacation months.
7. The school leaving certificate will not be issued till all dues are paid.
TRANSPORT
1. Admission in the school does not confirm seat in the school buses.
2. The school transport facility will be provided only if seats are available in the buses. No overcrowding is allowed in the school buses. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding to all the concerned in this regard.
3. The learners of Pre-Primary and Primary sections will be given preference to avail the school transport (Subject to availability of seats).
4. The seats confirmed in the school transport cannot be withdrawn during the session. The fees for whole of the session will be charged.
5. Use of abusive language or misbehavior will lead to disciplinary action and withdrawal of transport facility.
6. The senior learners are expected to ensure that no one damages the seats, window pan etc of the buses. In that case the cost will have to be borne by the student.
7. They are expected not to throw anything from the bus.
